Accounts are for law firms and legal professionals. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or misrepresent credentials, including in identity verification for cross-firm connections.
The service
The platform provides secure team messaging, file collaboration, Omnis Boards, and a verified cross-firm network. Features, plans, and availability are governed by the subscription and terms presented at sign-up. We may add, change, or remove features, and we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.
Cross-firm network

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmnisAI's aggregate liability arising out of the services or platform is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it.
