The other side is already in your file
Opposing counsel, co-counsel, local counsel, the lawyer for the other party in a deal. You do not need to find them. You need to reach them without a phone tag or a thread that never ends.

Nothing happens without a yes
A request carries a name, a firm and a short message. A decline is quiet: the sender is never shown it.

Two people are connected. Two firms are not. No administrator is asked at either firm, at any step.

File the conversation under your own matter. Export it, in full, with a certificate, under your own retention.

The Verified mark reports what a public licensing record, or a reviewer at Omnis, said on a stated date. Every admission is re-checked every 30 days. It is not a certificate of good standing.

Times you are both free, never their diary. At most twelve slots, and only the overlap of two calendars.

Jurisdiction, practice area, incident to the month. No client identifiers, no fee fields anywhere.
Share a file
Always a copy, fingerprinted and scanned, served through a gate. A blocked or closed conversation stops access for both.
