Do both firms need an account for a cross-firm conversation?
Each lawyer needs an account. Neither firm is asked, connected or charged for the conversation.
Do I need a case management system?
No. Every matter feature works on MatterChat’s own list. If your firm runs on CasePro, we set up that connection with you.
What happens to our records if we leave?
Each firm can export its own side at any time, with a certificate. The record stays under your own retention until then.
